terms of services
it is mandatory that you understand and that you will comply to my terms of services before commissioning me
you may contact me on any of my active platforms to order a commission
my terms are subject to change at any point. this won't affect ongoing commissions
you must financially budget for your commission before ordering. do not order a commission if you can not currently afford onebefore commissioning me...
-prices are listed in CAD (canadian dollar)
-i take payment in paypal
-payment is to be done after the artwork is complete
-i can refuse service to anybody for any reasonwill not draw:
-nsfw
-racism, homo/transphobia, hate speech, tasteless abusive themes, countryhumans, e.t.ci can draw:
-anthropomorphic and feral characters
-mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, & more
-humanoids or stylized humans
-pets and animals
-landscapes
-gore, bodyhorror, e.t.c
-variety of aesthetics (feel free to supply me with a moodboard)refund details
-there are no refunds for finished artworksfinished artwork terms
-the completed artwork will not be sent until final payment is complete
-the finished artwork may have a subtle signature that won't obscure the foreground fig. 3
-commissioned work may only be used by: the artist; the commissioner and/or receiver; and anybody the recipient personally knows and has given consent to for usage
-artwork you receive can be shared, reposted and used for personal use with proper credit (do not obscure the signature, credit on public platforms)
-i may use the finished artwork for my own usereceived artwork may not be used for financial reasons without detailing fully the purpose for usage to me before commissioning

the process...-you will be let known if it might take me a while to get to a commission, typically I get started quickly, but queue / interference may cause a delay
-i can attempt to meet a deadline, but there is never a guarantee
-please provide a clear reference of your subject(s). if the reference is unclear, I will take creative liberties, of which you may correct me on later
-occasionally i start with thumbnail sketches you can choose from, you may request for your commission to start with thumbnail sketches (no extra cost) fig. 1
-I will get back to you between stages of the artwork for feedback (sketch, lineart, colour, shading). please provide any feedback or concerns at the earliest stage possible and ask any questions you have before it's too late. do not hesitate to take up my time with feedback and questions, i am genuinely glad to answer and it is never a waste of my time. i'd really want you to be satisfied with the result
-requesting for too extreme of a change at too late of a stage may result in a charge. "extreme" changes at a reasonable time are fine (e.x. "extreme" changes to the sketch at the sketch phase)
-the wips and final result will be watermarked, and compressed until the full payment is delivered. this is simply to prove the artwork has been completed but cannot be properly received fig 2finishing and important notes

if you've read the terms of service, please outwardly state you have gone over the tos when approaching for a commission. Replying "yes" if inquired if you've read the tos is not sufficient

I am a disabled artist, my disability affects how i create art. I try to put the upmost of quality I'm capable of into my work, though there may be times where I am unable to get to creating, and in general art takes me extra time. If you decide to commission me you must be considerate of my situation, that even though there may be delays, your commission is of upmost priority until it is completed. Do not commission me if you are sensitive to artists taking time or prone to impatience. /neutral
if a commission gets terminated on my end due to lack of compliance with the terms of services, there will be no refund issued
